It is with great sadness that we must share that our beloved mother and grandmother, Florence Singer, passed away on Saturday, July 23, surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her husband, Lou, Jill and Eric Miller, Andrea and Howard Kaye and her grandchildren Ryan, Cody & Jack Miller and Sammy, Jonah & Jackie Kaye.
She will be remembered as a loving individual who placed the utmost importance on her family. The love and affection she showered on family and friends will be deeply missed.
The mission of the Sunrise Association is to bring back the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings worldwide. Sunrise accomplishes this through the creation and oversight of welcoming, inclusive summer day camps, year-round programs and in-hospital recreational activities, all offered free of charge.
